1. Introduction and Agreement Scope
Welcome to DriveAlot. By using our platform, Drivers and Dealers agree to the following terms and conditions. DriveAlot facilitates vehicle transport services between Drivers (self-employed individuals) and Dealers (vehicle providers or businesses). DriveAlot is not an employer of Drivers and serves as a digital platform connecting both parties.
2. Eligibility and Registration
For Drivers:

Drivers must be legally licensed and compliant with all applicable driving regulations.

Drivers may either maintain personal insurance or use DriveAlot’s rental insurance while driving under the app.

Drivers must complete registration, providing accurate personal information and agreeing to DriveAlot's terms.
For Dealers:

Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times (smart casual or industry-appropriate attire).

Show respect to Dealers, their clients, and any property encountered during jobs.

Drive responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws. Drivers should avoid reckless behavior, speeding, or accumulating excessive traffic violations.

Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle for each job.

Communicate professionally and courteously with Dealers.
For Dealers:

Respect Drivers' time and efforts, recognizing that Drivers operate in potentially hazardous conditions.

Understand that Drivers take on risks, and excessive cost-cutting may compromise their safety.

Provide clear and accurate job details, including location, vehicle information, and any special instructions.

Avoid unfair price reductions that do not account for Driver safety and welfare.
4. Driver and Dealer Responsibilities

Ensure vehicles are legally compliant, roadworthy, and in safe operating condition before Drivers collect them.

Provide accurate job details and instructions.
5. Pricing and Payments

Job pricing is calculated based on distance, with rates set by DriveAlot or Dealers.

Drivers will receive a percentage of the job fee, with deductions for platform fees, bid costs, driver kitty, and other optional deductions based on driver selections (e.g., tradeplate rental, insurance, AA coverage, in-house planner).

Payment is processed securely through the platform.
6. Insurance and Liability

Drivers may either maintain personal insurance or use DriveAlot’s rental insurance while driving under the app.

Dealers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are insured for their own protection.

DriveAlot provides insurance coverage for drivers actively engaged in jobs through the app, but only while using the platform.

DriveAlot is not liable for damages caused during vehicle transport outside of active app jobs.

Drivers are fully responsible for any damages, incidents, or liabilities incurred during jobs, even when using DriveAlot’s rental insurance. Any excess fees or charges will be deducted from the driver’s kitty first, and any remaining amounts will be the driver’s responsibility.
